I've yet to see ASKE attempt to increase shareholder value. They merely provide false claims coupled with Fluff PRs and fairytale fabrications not intended to provide shareholder value but instead to create volume into which the insiders dump.

As for change of personnel, they're most likely referring to Greg Bourque.
