It's worth noting that any sort of major news can basically render any sort of short-term technical analysis and charting completely meaningless. Runaway breakouts can happen instantly in such cases.
I'm assuming you're making your predictions on the assumption that nothing too out-of-the-ordinary occurs during the interim. To be frank, charting/TA is extremely hit-or-miss with penny stocks, even more so than it can be with big-market stocks.
