once we put a green candle on top of the 50 WMA - we can have a big breakout..

with the increasing volume this week, I think we are getting close to moving up.

$UATG Chart, is interesting, see how it tried to break out in February of this year but there was really no volume behind the move... Today's volume may be an indication that the real move is coming...

Depends what the news is once they announce it, it could be uplist to QB market, announcement they got the military license, or something a long the biotech line, if any of those are what's about to be announced then I believe we can see new highs
