GG, Most of the action we have seen for the past couple of months has been MMs playing with cross trades. There have been some shares sold and some bought. If you have access to L2 you can see this.
The large block on the ask this afternoon appears to be someone looking to sell off their position.
I honestly don't think we have seen any dilution. The company is solely owned by John Taylor and Don Smith. I'm not saying we won't ever see dilution but I don't believe we have or are seeing any at this point.
Ever since they took over the shell and started trading NextGen publicly this stock has moved well and holds its PPS rather well even with extremely low volume.
If the large block on the ask is longer there tomorrow we should move past .05 as long as we continue to trend with decent volume.
