Also, this is prior replacing bias judges.

VPLM, needs to run the tables and win all five remaining IPR Petitions as well as the final written decision. Bottom line! Can it be done, sure but close to a miracle IMHO. And I'm just basing this on the statistics of instituted IPR's. Per bias judges. Who knows, maybe they'll consider rehearing the institutional decision, without anyone knowing.
