If we do win the final written decision, Apple will more than likely appeal it! Which is 7-12 months waiting period. Apples NOT SETTLING for billions! They'll drag it out for years! Just read up on the Virnetx lawsuits. 68 IPR's!

If VPLM runs the table and wins all eight IPR's, then someone will more than likely step up and take us over! IMHO

If any AT&T IPR Petitions get instituted, we're looking at another 18 months or so.

IMHO 1-2 AT&T get instituted and both Apples IPR 's get denied and VPLM wins the Final written decision. Just based on insituted IPR's numbers. PPS at $ .08-.10 for as long as it's been where it's at now. Until the AT&T trial is done. Now if Twitter files a few, who knows.

Great post, Never!! It is all speculation on all parts right now! The USPTO and PTAB have been shaken up with the Michelle Lee resignation and change up of judges. All is possible and it would not surprise me if our position is stronger than some seem to THINK THEY KNOW!
