I'm reading the book given to us in the last 10Q, which stated that Total Stockholders' Equity was $368,285. I don't claim to be an expert, but I'm dividing that amount by the current O/S of roughly 1 billion and getting less than $.0004. If I'm way off in the formula, please let me know. You're seeing current total shareholder equity being listed as $20 million somewhere? That would justify a price of $.02 at 1 billion shares.
