It certainly doesn't hurt to have a deal set up to sell / offload your product immediately (other than opportunity cost). But I think the relationship they (may) have with Tattoo Mike is superior than TBEV as far as being a supplier for value added consumables. TBEV never brought much to the table imo.
It was a fluff PR to sell shares. Nothing more. Both companies were ran by crooks. Luckily for tbevs theirs is gone. Yours still here. Paper selling scam!
