The expectations being placed on the contents of the Presidents letter to shareholders, is far too great. The company is not going to be mentioning specifics related to convertible debt, IRS tax indebtedness or remedies to satisfy such.

Knowing this in advance, trade accordingly, but selling at .0001 when there ISNT going to be a reverse stock split, is a terrible decision.
