FINRA has to sign off on it. Maybe they won't. The history of this company is so sordid that just about everything LaBarre had claimed to be so over the past several years was reversed and zeroed out by the new accounting firm.
Sometimes FINRA decides it is better to let operations like this die rather than go forward.
