I hate to say it but I agree with Laraz, complete BS. If the company cant afford $5,000 for financials they are in bad shape. Also you can remain dark and publish fins to OTC markets without being "obligated" to continue. All that aside, what do fins have to do with no PR in years? A PR stating revs and profits alone would be huge for the stock, or at least what's going on with the company!

The CEO couldn't care less about the stock or his shareholders. Shameful
