I don't think any of the court stuff is going to matter much in terms of pps if halfway decent news hits. We are in the same channel we've been in and we've had nothing but bad news or no news and here we are. Potential upside is worth the risk at these levels. Last time I bought down here I sold over a penny on literally no news whatsoever. We'll see of course.
