LOL, he has already been dishonest with current shareholders about when financials will be out. And you may not know until later what else he has been dishonest about. You may find out in 6 months he had no intention of applying for any type of funding but you won't know until then. Maybe the only difference between lying to past shareholders and current shareholders is that current shareholders haven't caught him yet.
