It was not KSS who caused the stock to tank. The company caused it to tank when they announced they had problems with the EMA submission.
KSS has NO subscribers. He may get paid a small fee for his articles, but he certainly does not do it for money. He spends a lot of time on the boards answering questions patiently.
He operates under strict rules and cannot buy or sell for 3 days after writing his articles. If some people on Gumshoe choose to try and profit off his calls, that's up to them. Any newsletter writer can have the same effect on a stock. I've seen it many many times.
Maybe you were not insinuating he is dishonest, but others certainly were and I'm just saying that is an unfair attack.
