Zn oil management ending the DSPP says it all.
Think about it. This has been there prime source of funding for some time. Why would they end their supply of cash?
My wife succinctly pointed out a second possibiolity, but lets focus on the real reason: They dont sell "new" stocks, because they dont need the money. Its the equivilant of a stock buy back plan when the company announces its buying shares of its own stock.
This is always a positive, and suggest the company thinks the shares are undervalued, by the insiders.
