Yessireee! I'm liking what I'm seeing here. Agree with it all and makes perfect sense to me! ;p I suspect I'll be getting my last pile tomorrow since if all goes ATP, it will be our last day in the .60's but if the timetable gets a little off, I'll manage. No worries here at the moment, but gotta keep an eye on the "Tutes".

And like you, delisting is not a major concern at the present time. I think CYTR has a couple of options available in order to avoid that if they're so inclined. "Tutes" probably have at least one as well.

All IMO. GLTA & CYTR!

One thing is clear in my mind. This was north of 2$ last year, it only dropped under 1$ because of false data release that made it looked like a failure and toxic dilution keeping it down. Remove bad press and dilution, this should be 4-5 dollars now. What does that tell you? It tells us science was good and the stock was being played. It wouldn't surprise me if AF was hired by SK. SK has been accused of pumping the stock in the past, he has been sued by shareholders. The guy has a shady history. It's in his nature to be doing this kind of thing. Old saying goes once a thief always a thief.

If press release was handled properly, and SK not in bed with funds. Things will be very different now. It's just too obvious when management award themselves millions of options at 0.43 when the final STS results were counted for which actually showed positive for the STS trial. They want to pull the same thing again when SCLC data is out. That's why they wanted RS and 10 million more options. You ever see that much options being awarded to multiple officers in one day?

And, yes, delisting doesn't matter if a deal was going through. Filing the NDA doesn't matter either. Even though RS and 10 million option didn't pass the vote, management is not without shares to award themselves, just less.

Question now is will the current deal satisfy their greed? If not, we would be in major disappointment too. I am sure many including funds might pull out and keep a smaller holding to see if new opportunity arise to buy back in later this year.

Otherwise, SK will need to be forced just like ABBA said, he would be messing with the wrong people with a lot of money on the table.
