Speaking of the notes, I spoke to JAN a while back and he said he doesn't think we will need more.

Obviously S-1 won't be touched at these prices.

If the reason anyone's been selling or not buying is fear of the notes, they are mistaken...

Davis I hear you. And understand your concern. But if people would just read what Jan has said numerous times. there will be no dilution. Everything is and will be paid in cash. Everything. We are clean. All people have to do is look for themselves.
