August 15th is deadline I'm pretty sure, Someone in here posted the last few 2nd quarters in the past they were
AUG 3rd
AUG 1st
AUG 2nd

So there is a good chance it will be the first week of August based on the past.

Obviously, we are not looking well. All i said was that the Q will tell all. That we couldn't know until we see the finances. WE have seen the finances. Now we know.
