Really? After researching this at the SEC site, I interpreted the rule as a 1 yr. wait for those associated (insiders) with the company and 6 months for share holders that do not have a position within the company. I could be wrong, but several share holders were told by E-Trade, the restriction was for 6 months for them and would cost $50 to have E-Trade get the "Restrictive Ledger" removed from their certs.

i spoke to the t/a Jason Bogutski of Signature Stock Transfer, Inc, who said the company could do a "blanket release" but unknown if they will.

so they won't just become available. you either have to file and pay a big fee and a form 144 via your broker and hope they release them, or just wait to see if they do that "release" making it easier at that point.

it sounded like the steps are complicated and the fees are about 1/2 what my shares are worth so i may just hold them for now.
