Only the license plate is photoshopped? The vehicle isn't? Just the license plate? What effect would a photoshopped license plate have on anything?

Blue license plate on the second image "page 3" of the website is photoshopped, pretty clearly if you ask me...or maybe anyone.

Yes, they photoshopped it out to protect the identity of the owner. Would think this would be common sense. Is really the strongest argument against DOLV? A photoshopped license plate? Such a weak argument.

Looks like one was taken with using the flash, its a light that pops up on top of your camera, it brightens certain things, think they are even on phones now as well
