Well thought out TEK.

I personally think that if a deal is done it will be done at $6 - $7.50.

Many Tutes cant buy a stock unless it is at least $5, so anywhere around $6 - $7.50 will draw them in and leave a little room for the shorts to drive it down a little but not to much.
The other thing is, Tutes might not be bothered so much about the buyout price as to who is doing the buying. If one of the real Big P
step in with a low price, they are more likely to be looking at big profits down the line, rather than small profits now.

All in my opinion.

I suppose it will come down to a shareholder vote, yes? No telling how that would go. Would be more jockeying for position than the Kentucky Derby. The shorts vs. the longs. Like I thought before, the longs should be loading up here and averaging down. Then whatever the offer is, maybe won't seem as bad.

I'd just hate to see it come down to some sort of free for all struggle for control. I'm not so greedy that I'd refuse a great return on my investment. I also need to make up an earlier loss. ;p lol!

IMO. GLTA & CYTR!

If a bo were to happen, holders of shares in the high dollar amount might have to chalk that up to the game. There are plenty of spec bios that completely flop. It'd be different if they had a product that was on the market and not making sales. You could blame the marketing team or what not at that point.

Fact is if a bo were to happen, they could probably run down the clock and squeeze sh that don't want to take the dive into the OTC. I'm sure companies there get bought just the same. If of course delisting isn't a concern due to bo, but we wouldn't know until we hit the 10 countdown.

Everything aside, I'll be watching the tute ownership, regardless if it hits OTC. They'll only jump if no bo is on the table imo. Otherwise, regardless or warrants blah blah, this has to hit $1 and stay above. If it does, no bo at this time I'd say. Who knows. OTC and tutes still in, so am I and buying more. Over $1, I'm still in and will ride it out. A 40 mil share day/ massive drop, I'll have my answer and be gone with the tutes. Just my play.
