IMO no, just means they are done filling a clients order.
I also believe it can be used as manipulation as it makes
folks worry about wazup...like you are doing now.

not at all imo...sometimes it is a good sign that a seller is finished and the pps will move up...sometimes the opposite....but i never take it as a bad sign....but that's jmo.. :)
