I fail to see what company you are talking about? New management just took over two weeks ago and supplied us with an 8k within that time period and even at the end of dwyers run he was able to get the DTC chill lifted which was manadatory for the reverse triangular merger. The timeline was til the end of July so I'll wait til then. Audited fins and possible acquisition still in play. I'll wait but thanks for advice
