There has been NO 10K that shows that the Gothsalk Family is no longer involved with the company. As to why the Auditors quit we do know that the involvement of Gotshalk and disclosures played a major role. We don't know if the Auditors have been paid as agreed or not. We know in the past paying auditors was a problem. We have heard of many reasons why the audit was delayed all the way from payment issues to misplacing documents. As to the new Game "Wheres Campos?" that is a mystery.
