If you take it in context, yes the news is substantial. First, there was a victory in the courts where Lambreth backed down on its original decision.

Next, is the well known 75 day deadline that Watt said he would take action if congress did not.

Now, the new budget suggests fannie and freddie be privatized.

Im suprised the stock isnt higher..it went down on much less information.

By taking this in context, with the rest of the positive news, its very substantial.

When the courts, congress, AND Agency executives (Watt) are in agreement..all positive...this is a very good thing.
