GLPG is an attractive discovery engine, just the way VRTX is, certainly attractive, but I will wait for clear regulatory guidance for the CF combos before buying. I just don't think that it is possible to receive approval for three new chemical entities based on pivotal trial with triple combo. They will need pivotal trials for each compound, just like VRTX had to do.
