Nobody knows current share structure through a barrage of emails from investors to former CEO, nothing was ever addressed I had received an email response where the former CEO said he was going to give me the share structure never gave it to me nor has anyone else ever posted current share structure given to them by company. There have been postings of share structure on this forum they are clearly and purely speculation being the fact that none of us know the current share structure. As for the reverse split again in an email from former CEO he had reference to me that a reverse split was not on the table and if it was it would go through each shareholder vote. 1... he is no longer the CEO and 2... he really had no credibility anyway unfortunately due to his past history with other companies and his inability to communicate properly with now invested shareholders in FCGD. New CEO, in the last PR made it seem that they were taking the 30 days of July to get everything under control and get their mining reclamation process going and that at the end of the month we would be receiving a PR on company moving forward with coal production. There are a lot of people on here doing some great DD I'm sure there's some other people that may have a little bit more information via emails or phone calls.
