You've been talking about breaking even since 10 years ago. There was probably good reason for Raj to believe that to be the case at the time and for you to agree with him at that time, rather than any kind of lie being told, IMO.

BTW, I don't ever see you giving credit to the company for winning it's way onto the OTCQB after being high-jacked.
