ele kauderer from jersey and his buddy philcheese on the hangout,who is from fla orgestrated a huge p&d saying huge company rolling into this shell,and they dumped in the .27 range,eke bought a new house and car a couple weeks after they dumped,posted on fb,they also go to Miami heat games together and had lots of those free promo shares to give to ones bringing in suckers , and he was partying with the ones going to merge into this shell tweeting huge things happening etc and then they both dumped

also they were photoshopping pictures or water ovens and having their logo over these guys water ovens,the scam was funny,me and maria contacted this company and we posted their response....their legal dept contacted papa and made them quit,heres the real company with the waterovens and real pictures that were photoshopped
