No, the stock is not bullish. It is bearish, but it could become bullish on a dead cat bounce after a dip. I still haven't decided if I will buy at .30. That's going to be a very difficult decision. Will the support at .30 hold??? We shall see.

The forecast was that TMPS would be low this week, then next week the tide would change. .20's were predicted, but then came all this bad news. The misconceptions regarding Tempus Jets and those phony contracts will cause TMPS to go down a bit more before the dead cat bounce.
