Alright - here is a completely logical (the most logical?) theory on the PPS

It is important to note that this can be defeated with volume. Those of us here may be down too much to have the ammo to fight it ourselves, so we may need news that gains interest from a new audience

I believe the manipulating group has identified the convertible note owner cannot hold more than a certain percentage of the company (to protect the company from them gaining control). As a result they have to sell regardless of market price.

The manipulators are not walking down the price to shake our shares free, that is just gravy. They are trying to corner the market lower so the convertible shares need to be sold cheap. To themselves. The primary interested buyer, and the only one not shook by the PPS as indicative of a potential long term problem because they know they are driving it, and they can stop at any time and see an instant rebound.

If they have say 30M shares... it is worth it to them to throw out a few million sacrificial lambs as sales to depress the price and discourage the market as a whole, allowing them to continue to accumulate many more millions while the price is low, because they know those conversions are hitting the market regardless.

Their goal is to keep it as low as possible, for as long as they can, so they can keep getting more and more. But they only have so many shares to sacrifice before they are working against their goal of accumulation. Don't know how many reserves they have... but enough to mess with a few days of excitement, where hopefully the enthusiasm is dead before it could kill their little game.

Our price is not low as a direct result of the conversions (as in not from those specific sales hitting the market, which then lowers the price). The conversions simply set the table to allow this game to be played, because those are the shares they are targeting for accumulation.
