I understand they havent dilute shares since. But the damage was already done, they could have spread the dilution through time and wait for the stock to go higher. Instead they diluted for says straight, the consequence is what we have today, a beat down stock, and sorkin is fully responsible for this demise.

The only reason is not on trips today, is because of the longs here trying to hold or consolidate.

Or as Paul Sorkin would say, "over the course of the life of the company, we have NEVER sold a share. We just gave hundreds of millions of shares away to note holders (for cents on the dollar) that intended to sell them." Lol
