It's not my logic, it's facts! Surely you understand what an NDA is, right? I'm sure there are 1,000's of NDA's signed daily, means NOTHING other than keeping confidential data, communications, etc private, doesn't mean anything more than that! JT didn't "waste" $800k, there are certain stipulations need to be met before this alleged deal is closed on, if those stipulations aren't completed then the deal is null and void!
