Damn, that's hard. I've been mostly in PEIX riding it up and down. Never was high enough for me. Although I got just a fourth of the amount I've invested in PEIX invested in GERS, my GERS investment is worth almost as much as my PEIX investment now, in only a few weeks time.
let's see how far it brings me. All signs indicate a settlement is upcoming on august 3rd, however with GERS you can never be to sure.
Also if there is a settlement, you'll never know what's in it for the common shareholder. But I expect a hype when the settlement is announced.
And if there's no settlement. The chance is high there will be a final ruling, which is expected to be positive, within the next year or so.
The only thing that could be a spoiler then is good old dilution.
But so far there has been no sign of dilution for months. That's one of the signs to me that all seems different this time.
