I don't and will not waste my time with trying to convince kool aid anything. I have posted countless posts with DD, ir has several interviews with Canadian papers, council meetings and even verified town of Hanover listing AMS and praising what they are doing and welcome their business and jobs to the community. What more do some want?

I just will not waste my time trying to convince anyone clearly not interested in logical viewing of our DD. You have done great DD Stervc,

We are more than fine here.

Stervc--what led you to believe the AMS/BLDV deal would have "been done by now"? IMO securing funding for the completion of this facility should have been the TOP priority for CEO Alper during the "year+" he has supposedly been working on it. Instead he has frittered precious time away by splitting his focus between some 15+ other minor ventures.

IMO the AMS deal hasn't been done because newbie Alper is a first time officer of a public company. Not only that, he's Chairman, President, CEO, CFO, Treasurer, Secretary and Director!!! He installed his son Jonathan and Cannabis-Clean's Steve Morrow s "independent directors." He has no one to tell him "no" and --thanks to his 100% Super Vote "Preferred A Share"-- he can't be outvoted by anyone.

Alper joined BLDV as "Chief Technology Officer"-- position that's no longer exists or is vacant. Prior to BLDV he was a "manager" of a "mobile room key" app that let people open doors with their cell phones .. "general manager" in his daughter's vegan/ gluten free enterprise (run from the same condo as BLDV).. "executive director".. "consultant" to in partnership with his son's Alper & Associates etc. He is a college drop-out with no degree and no emphasis on finance or business. https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshalper/

IMO Alper seems in way over his.

I see no history of him ever successfully rising even $1 million for anything.

I know a couple of big venture capital guys. They don't take anything on faith, hearsay or grandiose projections of revenues. Above all-- they insist on being active investors meaning they will kick Alper and the AMS guys to the curb or limit their roles-- if they're not up to the hardball financial management required to run a successful venture. These guys have no interest in being passive investors. If Alper goes into negotiations with guys like this and doesn't understand how they operate IMO nothing will come of it.
