I am advising my clients and friends to at minimum vote against COLEMAN ROSS.

If they are so inclined to vote against the rest of the directors if want further voice heard.


Carr, Arnold, Mills are new/relatively new directors thus are not directly at issue.

Carr would have best avoided complicating things had he nominated a more shareholder friendly nominee than Coleman Ross.
