Yes you are correct and no I do not have a response and I did not expect one from these guys. I tried to call them 3 times yesterday and I will continue to call to try to get the answers on the phone which I'm sure will be the standard answers which is going to say that the reverse split was pre-approved by the shareholders last August and they cannot control the price and that release for the earnings and revenues figures will be forthcoming in August

VNDM has nothing to do with why the OS is growing. Equity investors are buying stock out of the treasury. THAT is why it is growing. You will see this when they file next month.
