Is Sears on a CBD (cash BEFORE delivery) basis with some of their suppliers? I don't see anyone else discussing that 151 day period...yet. Will keep checking in Google.

Busy today but this is VERY interesting. Maybe ESL thinks that odd period suggests something good will happen before mid-December. It did trigger a squeeze yesterday.
