with the caveat though, since neither of us is a fly on the wall, we really can't comment in a precisely informed way. Also bear in mind that talents in one field often find their analogue in another, so it's not necessary for everyone to be from the hydraulics or data algorithm biz. What they may know about governance is a criterion too.
Some opinions I can share. Kaplan has more than once said WC is a valuable advisor to him. GS helped guide us through the CFO - Go episode, and out the other side. I don't know enough about the others but, one last thought, I'd rather have their shares locked up in the company and not readily available to the market at this time.
