It's always just a matter of time, the problem in the past has been a false presentation of how much time.
Do I take this to mean that you or some friends have had success with Clipstream in the NYC area? I stay at my son's in Brooklyn during the week, it looks bad there, I work in Manhattan, it looks bad there and on the weekend I go home to Long Island and it looks bad there. Three different carriers, I'm not sure what you mean by me being the only one.
