Recently someone here posted an article by the Financial Times in China about Mr. Wang and within the article the reporter actually said Mr. DeQun Wang (or in Chinese Wang DeQun) is sometimes called Wang Jinlai ...

something to that effect anyway because I forget the exact wording...

WANG Dequn IS WANG Jinlai

Following is a letter of appointment issued by the urban development strategy institute of Chinese academy of management to Shenzhen Jinbo group. UDIS appoints Jinbo group company as consumption economy research and development demonstration base due to the company's outstanding achievement, and appoints WANG Dequn (WANG Jinlai) as the director of the base, for three years.

This document clearly states that WANG Dequn and WANG Jinlai are the same person.

Also, I contacted Mr. HAN Zhiming just a few minutes ago. There is NO meeting arranged between him and Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The Sierra news is total BS.
