Would it not make sense for the new name to have nothing to do with Charlie Graingers? They said in the PR that this was the first of several new acquisitions, meaning there will be more than one company as part of this group. Why would they try to push the first company as the new stock name.
IMO, they will probably try to keep US Highland as part of the name, and potentially push it to a Holding, or Group. (US Highland Group)
It is doubtful that they are throwing themselves behind a hotdog restaurant that only has 11 restaurants currently to represent them as a whole company.
