That's one scenario. I don't know enough about the company's history to have any idea whether they may have colluded with old management. Certainly they should have done better research, and bought a clean shell, if they felt they had to buy a shell at all.

But I've followed a lot of the currently popular "reverse merger plays", and sometimes the buyer of the shell has been genuinely bamboozled. Needless to say, that doesn't make for good outcomes.

I'll read the lawsuit tomorrow. When was it filed?

In the distant formative frontier days of DOLV (.0001 - .0008 PPS)an ambitious pioneer came upon an idle mineral company that owned property rights to LITHIUM mines (a vital ingredient to
manufacture and SELL batteries). Armed with patents for a superior automotive battery this individual (AKA - "backbone of the Republic of China")bought the company and it's wealth of mineral assets and set course for the raging rapids charted by TESLA as they negotiated their enterprise onward and upwards to surpass $300+ per share.

A(LONG) the way he has gathered a band of faithful followers
and also left behind many more who have jumped or fallen off the ship to pocket the generous bounty of short term gains generated in the turbulent wake of the ship's massive hull as it silently moves forward to it's dock at $$$LAND.

Of course there are those who pretend not to believe the ship is even in the water but they know, and we know, that it's a(LONG) climb to get back on board of this magical mystery ship.

Alas there is less room on the ship each day because the ship continues to stubbornly take up limited valuable standing room only with assorted acquisitions shuttled into the HOLD(ing).

The company ship now carries considerably more than just a boat load of batteries. It carries the possibility of an entirely new way of life for those who purchased their ticket and continue to hold it tight pending further ups and downs.
Quiet. I think I hear another helicopter overhead bringing in yet another valuable asset. Who will be kind enough to clear out some space so that the wealth can be dropped on board?

Can someone ask RO if there are any plans in the future to manufacture helicopter batteries?
