Ivan, those shares were warrants and loan deals with PRIVATE INVESTORS. They sell them to realize the cash that they in all senses LENT to BioLargo. It doesn't mean they will sell them now, either.
If you invest privately in a company, they sell you shares/warrants on a time-future basis. You can cash those in at a future time that assumes a higher price. This has always been part of the scene, and is NOT a bunch of commonshareholders like us deciding to sell; it is private investors now having the right to sell and get their investment money back into cash. They will all probably wait, though, because this is going to fly.
