Last post for the night. This was all discussed in the last 4 months. The SEC requiring all Chinese companies to trade for 1 year on OTC. Chinese IPOs in China take 2-3 times longer and have much higher listing standards in their class A stocks. This why they chose a cheap defunct shell.

54 million shares is much more valuable than that. 2.7 million at these prices and could be worth so much more.
