I had ordered mine July 4th. I pinged them a couple times and the said something similar. They ended up 2-day shipping it out to me very quickly once they got it in.

Prudent of $OTTV to wait until the roll out and subscription response before ramping up the unit orders. Make sense to not have a warehouse full of units until they are ready... this is encouraging.

That tells me that they soft launch was better then expected to have this problem and that my friends is a good thing IMO.

i was #35 and it took about 10 days to get mine. expect it soon and do yourself a favor and have a wireless keyboard with a mouse pad ready to go. I Just got one from Amazon. it is so much easier than using the remote when you are typing. check out the small hand held ones, mine is a Rii brand.
