Because people are being encourage to jump in NOW at .0022. Those who had shares at the 52 week low of .0001 were primarily old bagholders from when this ticker cratered in 2011. As such they likely bought at much higher prices before the old "alternative energy/ goat processing in Belize" BLDV went belly up. Their investments contributed nothing to the current MMJ company. They're just lucky to have finally found an exit opportunity after being stuck for 6-7 years.
