It comes down to share structure. After the reduction the O/S will be 2bil (1.6bil float), companies are judged on the OS. At 20mil in earnings and a p/e of 10 the pps would be .10... $1.00 would take a massive share buyback, R/S, or $200,000,000 in sales. At least on paper...
