What the judge said was that each side has 12 hours to present, cross examination by a side counts against that side's 12, not against the presenting side:

Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton: ORDER entered. STIPULATION AND ORDER re: PRETRIAL SCHEDULE. "The parties are, however, reminded that time limits will be imposed for this trial. Each side will have 12 hours to present their cases, i.e, the direct examination of their own witnesses and the cross-examination of opponents' witnesses."(Lima, Christine) (Entered: 06/05/2017)

I think they are close to the end. Sometimes the clerk enters a little summary, I will check the docket again.
