Logic is sound.....used car you find a carfax, or equiv....drive it around town, maybe keep it overnight, take it to your local mechanic, I get it, I'm with you.

What sources have you used to give you the warm and fuzzy on NECA? 10q? 8-k, PRs?

Curious when you test drove this penny stock....i was here when it reached its 52 week high, been pretty pathetic since. Help me out sir!
